About

From concept to product, with industry rigor.

Senior software engineer with 9+ years building real-time systems where performance is a hard requirement — game engines, rendering technology, multiplayer, and the AI that runs inside them. Most recently Senior Multiplayer Developer at 3dar, an Argentine studio with AAA cinematic and HBO immersive credits, where I co-owned the multi-platform ports and the online backend of Eggscape, an award-winning multiplayer VR title. On my own time I build Kóoch, a GPU-driven game engine in Rust with a Nanite-style meshlet renderer, and Elal, a local-first AI coding agent that runs quantized models on-device. A strong advocate of clean architecture, SOLID principles, measurable performance, and production-grade code — comfortable leading prototypes from concept to shippable product.

Experience

Track record

  1. Mar 2024 – Jul 2026

    Senior Multiplayer Developer

    3dar Argentina (Remote)

    • Worked on Eggscape, an award-winning Unity 6 multiplayer VR title, live in Early Access on Meta Quest since December 2024, for a studio with AAA cinematic and HBO immersive credits.
    • Co-owned the porting of the title across Meta Quest, Android XR, Android mobile and Steam, on a pure-OpenXR architecture that keeps vendor-specific APIs behind a strategy layer, plus a package-profile build system that swaps packages, native plugins and manifests per target.
    • Built deterministic real-time multiplayer with Photon Quantum for Unity (ECS with rollback), with custom networking over WebSocket, TCP and mDNS.
    • Built the title's Node.js / TypeScript backend: authentication, accounts and sessions, plus matchmaking, lobby and match-state services.
    • Optimized performance and thermal budgets across standalone headsets and mobile hardware to sustain target frame rates.
  2. Sep 2017 – Jan 2024

Co-Founder, Lead Programmer & Game Developer

    DIGI Learnnials Argentina

    • Co-founded an EdTech game studio and led engineering on five shipped educational titles.
    • Built gameplay prototypes across diverse mechanics, researching and integrating new technologies including multiplayer and API connectivity.
    • Authored readable, scalable, production-grade code following SOLID principles, design patterns and clean architecture.
    • Created internal tools that accelerated project development across the team.
  3. Mar 2017 – Present

    Founder & Software Engineer

    Lobinux Argentina

    • Independent engineering practice. Currently building engine, graphics and systems software in Rust and C++, all of it open source and publicly verifiable.
    • Kóoch, a GPU-driven engine in Rust with a meshlet renderer, and Elal, a local-first AI coding agent running quantized models on-device.
    • Earlier (2017–2019): contract development of video games and immersive VR experiences for mobile platforms and on-site event installations.
